Our philosophy – for us it’s personal

At present we look after a small selection of holiday houses, help owners with their bookings and do our best to fill all available weeks. In addition, we take care of all communication with tenants before and during their stay. We look after the cleaning and supply any bed linen and towels. We give feedback to owners when needed.

We've done this work for many seasons now – previously working for a villa rental company where we looked after 18 houses at one point. The problem was that it's simply not possible to give proper attention to all the houses or the tenants on such a large scale – imagine changeover days! This is one of the reasons why we think our approach is unbeatable.

Seven years ago we took control of renting out our own house and since then we've acquired more houses in and around the Lorgues area – mainly through word of mouth.

Our philosophy is to make sure that all the houses are prepared to a sufficiently good standard before the start of the season and that we have a good working relationship and understanding with owners in terms of preparation and any on-going maintenance. In this way we can ensure a trouble free season.

Marketing a property is of great importance to us, which is why we prepare all houses and set-up a professional photo shoot (in some cases we make a promo video). We've successfully rented out our own house over the past nine seasons allowing us to make improvements year on year. It is true that you never stop spending on your house (in our experience anyway) but it feels good to be able to finance these improvements from the season's rentals.
